Advice from someone too young to know so much (always in progress)

Find the joy in all the small moments. They're the ones that add up to big happinesses. Love will never make sense, and by trying to figure it out you'll only end up stealing your own joy. If he doesn't love you the way you are, he isn't good enough the way he is. We love the most profoundly when we don't even realize it; when we step outside ourselves and give away the best of that self. Life isn't measured by its length but by its depth; not by the number of breaths you take but by the moments that take your breath away; and not by the hearts you hold onto, but the hearts you love enough to set free. Never, ever forget the place you came from. It's what makes you who you are. Always sing at the top of your lungs. It's not about being great, or even decent, it's about freeing your soul. Once a cheater, always a cheater. If he cheated with you, don't be surprised when he cheats on you. Boys like that never change, and I say boys because real men know how to treat a real woman. Pretending to let go is the first step toward actually doing it. No matter what anyone else says, in the end it comes down to what you feel for each other. Anything beyond that just doesn't count. First and foremost, always forgive yourself. want to see who really loves you? mess up. Never, ever settle. Words mean nothing if not backed up by actions.
